Thank you for choosing Lottie Rae Art! We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience. Below is important information regarding our shipping times and policies for both original artworks and prints. Please read carefully:

Original Artworks - Australia

All original artworks will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the time of order, unless otherwise specified. If you require your artwork urgently, please contact us to discuss expedited shipping options. Please note that rush orders will incur an additional fee.

Print Orders - Australia

All prints are made to order through our trusted partner company. Dispatch times are as follows:

Unstretched Prints: Approx. 1-2 weeks.
Stretched and Framed Prints: Approx. 2-3 weeks.

Important: Shipping times may vary, especially during peak seasons (October - December). Please consider this when placing your order, as shipping times during these months can be longer.

Note: All shipping times are provided as a guide. While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, Lottie Rae Art cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

International Shipping - Original Artworks

If you’re outside of Australia and have fallen in love with an original artwork, we’d be happy to arrange international shipping! Please contact us at lottieraeart@gmail.com for a personalized shipping quote based on your location.

International Shipping - Prints

For international print orders, the approximate dispatch times are:

Unstretched Prints: Approx. 1-2 weeks.
Shipping Time: Typically between 15-27 days, depending on the destination, but this can vary.

Important: Please note that the artist or shipping companies are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any such charges.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging all artworks to ensure they arrive safely. Original artworks are securely wrapped and shipped in protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Prints, whether stretched or unstretched, are also carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please check your email for this information.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Lottie Rae Art is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an error with your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately to correct it.

Sale/Discounted Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Sale prices are only valid on orders placed within the specified sale period. Orders made outside of the sale period will not be eligible for the discounted price.
